Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support growth and strategic development. The role involves building new business sources and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, both individually and in teams.

You will formulate strategic plans, monitor recruiting metrics, and provide cost- and sales-effectiveness reports to management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management.
• At least 2 to 3 years of recruitment consultant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team.
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective.
• Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management.
• Other ad-hoc duties may apply.
