Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a recruitment consultant to develop new sources of business, manage client relationships, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a CBD setting and contribute to strategic plans to achieve company goals.

The role requires 2–3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture with room for growth and rewards based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant recruitment consultant experiences.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective
• Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
• Other ad-hoc duties may apply
