Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd is seeking a recruiter to fulfill clients' staffing needs in a dynamic start-up environment at Tanjong Pagar. No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with jobseekers and business partners.

Strong communication, a people-oriented mindset, and a proactive, team-driven approach are essential to grow with us and gain exposure to diverse roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)
• CEI certified would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.

Responsibilities

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.
• Handle 360 degree of recruitment from candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
• Sourcing resumes ,conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.
• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers.
• Other ad-hoc duties apply.
