Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management.
• 2–3 years of relevant recruitment agency experience.
• Leadership/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and client service process, ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
• Drive the team's performance to achieve recruitment and business objectives.
• Conduct performance management such as supervising and training recruits, driving and growing KPIs toward recruitment goals
• Monitor recruiting metrics and costs to provide reports to management

Job Duties:

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and client service process, ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
• Drive the team's performance to achieve recruitment and business objectives.

• Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences working in recruitment agency.
• For those who possess leadership / supervisory experiences will be considered as higher position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
