Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Asset Management or equivalent; Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in programme or project management for infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and coordination of the asset renewal programme.
• Oversee project delivery coordination and management of interfaces between projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with sponsors, asset owners and operations.
• Monitor performance against schedules, milestones and risks; establish dashboards and recovery plans.
• Support resource planning and optimisation across the portfolio.
