Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd. invites a Programme Manager (Planning & Coordination) to lead the integrated planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery management of the asset renewal programme in Singapore.

You will prioritise, plan and execute activities while aligning engineering, operations, maintenance and procurement with stakeholder requirements. You will manage interdependencies, monitor performance, and drive improvements to minimise disruption to rail operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning across the asset renewal programme and align schedules with funding approvals.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement and stakeholders.
• Facilitate programme governance, reviews and stakeholder engagement meetings.
