Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to drive tender cost engineering and cost control across multiple projects.

You will develop comprehensive cost estimates, scrutinize drawings and documents, and prepare tender costing sheets with accuracy. You'll source and evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining consistency with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree (or higher) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Good pay, allowances and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for all tender submissions.
• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and document requirements.
• Review and interpret tender documents to understand project scope.
• Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise clarification queries.
• Provide cost inputs and supporting data for tender submissions.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender costing sheets.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of works and deliverables.
