Job summary

ENERGY ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Controller to study contract documents, perform take-offs, and prepare budgets and tender reports. You will manage progress claims, interim valuations, and variation orders, while monitoring site progress against budgets.

You will provide advice on contractual claims, EOT requests, and ensure compliance with building regulations, including BOQ preparation and cost estimation expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration.
• Ability to prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with tender evaluations and variation claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Study contract documents and perform quantity take-offs.
• Call for quotations, compare bids, and prepare tender reports.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, interim valuations, and variation orders.
• Monitor site progress against budget and certify subcontractor payments.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and EOT requests, ensuring building compliance.
• Prepare BOQ, tender evaluation, cost estimation, contract administration, and variation claims.
