Job description

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Perm) Immediate

Work days: 5.5days

Work hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm/8.30am - 1pm

Job Scope
  • Manage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
  • Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
  • Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.
  • Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
  • Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction projects/LTA projects.
  • Proficient in tools for quantity take‑off and technical drawings.
  • Liaise with sub‑contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
