Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle post-contract duties on large MRT/LTA construction projects. The role covers contract administration, cost control and variation orders, with strong interaction with clients and subcontractors.

You will manage subcontractor procurement, evaluate quotations, handle payments and claims, and monitor budgets and cash flow to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• Experience as Quantity Surveyor on MRT/LTA construction projects.
• Experience in post-contract administration, cost control, and variation orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-contract quantity surveying duties for large-scale construction projects, including contract and sub-contract administration, cost control and budget monitoring.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, including sourcing, evaluating quotations, negotiating and preparing letters of award.
• Review and process subcontractor payments, progress claims and final accounts.
• Prepare, evaluate and manage variation orders and ensure proper cost and contractual documentation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow, and provide timely cost reports.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
