STAFFHUB GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to guide the QS team in achieving project and financial goals through robust contract management and cost control. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders to ensure value and risk mitigation across high-value construction programs.

Responsibilities include leading contract administration, cost estimation, and process optimization, with a focus on efficiency and strategic collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil, Engineering or Quantity Surveying required.
• Proven experience in major LTA project preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team by setting clear goals and driving performance to meet project and financial objectives.
• Manage project profit and loss by administering contracts and controlling costs to achieve financial targets.
• Establish and monitor QS and contract management processes to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Negotiate and settle contractual and cost-related matters while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Apply construction law expertise to provide strategic contract leadership and collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
