PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is recruiting for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support a large MRT project in Singapore. You will manage cost planning, budgeting, and take-offs for infrastructure works, review tenders, administer contracts, and monitor costs, variations, and payments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in construction.
• Senior position may be available for candidates with extensive experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor proposals.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Prepare progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commercial risks.
• Assist in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records.
