Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Tender Manager for Singapore construction projects. The role leads end-to-end tender processes, develops cost plans, BOQs, and tender docs, and coordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.

The candidate will oversee value engineering reviews, monitor market trends, and guide a dedicated tender team, while supporting contract administration when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Tender Management, QS or Contract Management in Electrical Construction.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering, QS, and contracts.
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Speaking counterparts.
