Job summary

M&E Construction in Singapore is seeking an experienced Tender Manager for a construction project. You will lead the full tender process, prepare cost plans and BOQs, and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to secure favorable bids.

The role requires strong knowledge of M&E systems and contracts, plus the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts. A competitive package includes a basic salary and excellent bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Tender Management, QS or Contract Management in Electrical Construction Project.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering, QS, and contracts.
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Speaking counterparts.
