• Manage project budgets, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, payments and close-out.
• Oversee tendering, quantity take-offs, pricing and contract documentation.
• Ensure materials and subcontractors are secured on time to meet deadlines.
• Supervise QS and Purchasing teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Monitor payments and report on budgets, claims and commercial status.
• Attend management meetings and handle ad hoc assignments.
