HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and contractual administration for commercial and corporate projects.

The role covers tendering through final accounts, with coordination across clients, consultants, and internal teams. The candidate should have 2+ years of QS experience, exposure to commercial or office fit-out projects, and strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account preferred.
• Exposure to commercial, corporate, or office fit-out projects advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tender documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Develop procurement plans and assess subcontractor quotations.
• Conduct site measurements and verify progress claims and valuations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage variation orders, contractual claims, and final account settlements.
• Administer contracts and monitor compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior QS when required.
