Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead (QS) to drive commercial excellence from the Aperia Mall location.

You will manage tenders, cost estimates, contracts, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts across multiple projects. Ideal candidates hold a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (or related engineering) with at least 3 years of experience in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in tools for quantity take-off and technical drawings.
• Familiar with contract administration, project budgeting, and cost control practices.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.
• Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.
• Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and ensuring best commercial practices are consistently applied across all projects.
