Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors for a flagship mega-development project in Singapore. You will join a reputable A1 main contractor with a 5-day work week, competitive incentives, and exposure to landmark projects across corporate offices and project sites.

Responsibilities include managing full spectrum QS activities, tendering, cost control, claims, variations, and final accounts while liaising with consultants and subcontractors to ensure favorable

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and variation management.

• Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities for the assigned construction project.
• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates and subcontract packages.
• Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
• Manage progress claims, variations, payment certifications and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Identify potential commercial risks and provide timely recommendations to the Project Manager and management team.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

They are currently seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors to support a flagship mega-development project.
