MAXBOND SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager to oversee the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities. The role emphasizes cost control, contract administration, and financial performance across projects.

The position level will be determined by experience, technical capabilities, and leadership experience, with focus on delivering accurate cost management and robust procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5-10 years’ relevant experience as QS / Contracts administration in construction.
• Strong understanding of contracts, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Able to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and quantity take-off tools.
• Meticulous, analytical, with negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team in contract administration and procurement.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control cash flow, and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors and consultants to resolve commercial issues.
• Manage QS team on project claims, indemnity warranty, and budget reporting.
• Assist in the tendering process to ensure accurate costing.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts.
• Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
