Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced contract administrator to support the Contracts Manager on construction projects.

You will handle contract administration, coordinate with clients, consultants, QS, subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain proper records of variations, claims and correspondence. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Able to work independently and deliverables within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Manager in handling contract administration for construction projects.
• Handle subcontractor matters including quotations, negotiations, claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, QS, subcontractors and suppliers on contract-related matters.
• Maintain proper records for contracts, variations, claims and correspondence.
• Provide contract and commercial support to the project team.
