Job summary

sen tat engineering private limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead the Quantity Surveyor team on major projects, ensuring meticulous cost control, timely reporting, and strong planning and coordination of work.

You will manage the financial and contractual aspects from pre-tender to post-tender, handle quantities, variations, measurement, tender costing, cost estimates and monthly claims, and you will liaison with Sub-contractors on progress payments,

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quantity Surveyor team in the project, monitoring, reporting, planning and coordinating all aspects of their work.
• Manage financial and contractual aspects of all projects from pre-tender to post-tender, including quantities, variations, measurement and tender costing.
• Regular reporting of project account status, including costing, outstanding payment & etc
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and sub-contractors on issues relating to progress payments, variations and extension of time.
• Attend site visits, negotiations and project site meetings on ongoing projects.
