You will assist in managing contractual and commercial matters, review main contracts and subcontract agreements, and oversee progress claims and final accounts. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects.
• Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements and contractual documentation.
• Monitor progress claims, variation orders, project costs and final accounts.
• Assist in preparing and managing contractual claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams on contractual issues.
• Identify potential contractual risks and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
