Job summary

ATLAZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial and contractual aspects from procurement through final accounts on HDB upgrading, lift upgrading, MSCP and A&A projects.

You will prepare progress claims, variation orders, final accounts; evaluate sub-contractor quotations; monitor costs and risks; and liaise with clients and consultants. Diploma/ degree in QS with 3-5+ years in Singapore preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore.
• Experience with a Main Contractor / General Builder is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in HDB upgrading, Lift Upgrading, MSCP, A&A or public-sector building projects will have an advantage.
• Good experience in progress claims, VO, subcontract management, cost control and final accounts.
• Familiarity with PSSCOC, SIA contracts and Singapore construction practices will be advantageous.
