Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relative work experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs for structural, civil, and externals.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and related documentation.
• Assist Project Manager in reconciliation and certification of final bills from contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants.
• Forecast material costs and monitor budget projections.
• Track design changes and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Engage in claims discussions and cost entitlements.
• Visit sites to view progress and assess variations.
