Job summary

GM EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support civil/structural projects. You will perform take-offs, prepare BoQ per SMM2/CESMM, and assist with cost estimates and tender submissions.

You will manage post-contract activities, certify subcontractor claims, prepare variation orders, monitor costs against budgets, measure site works, and coordinate with authorities as needed. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience taking off quantities from civil/structural drawings.
• Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities per SMM2/CESMM.
• Experience with tender submissions and cost estimation.
• Post-contract cost control and variation order handling.
• Monitor costs and produce monthly cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Take-off quantities from Civil/Structural drawings (earthwork, rebar, concrete, formwork, piling, road works).
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and certify subcontractor claims.
• Prepare and submit Variation Orders with supporting docs.
• Monitor project cost vs budget and provide cost reports monthly.
• Measure site works and verify with site engineer.
