JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior/Quantity Surveyor to manage full QS and contract administration for large-scale civil projects.

You will handle cost control, tendering, claims, and liaison with clients and consultants to ensure commercial delivery. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong knowledge of cost estimation, tender evaluation, and contract management, with proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration within local construction preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale civil construction projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract management skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimations for budgeting and tenders.
• Prepare and compile tender and quotation documents and manage follow-up activities.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive procurement.
• Prepare, submit, and resolve progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractors' claims and final accounts in line with contract terms.
• Attend site meetings to capture variation claims and prepare interim valuations.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on contractual and commercial matters.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by QS Manager or senior management.
