Job summary

Team General Construction in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil/Construction professional to manage tender and active projects. You will prepare contract documents, estimate costs, and forecast cash flow while monitoring budgets and payments.

The role requires 3+ years in civil/construction with BIM modeling and AutoCAD, plus strong English, Chinese liaison preferred. Independent, meticulous work is expected with immediate-start availability a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Candidate should have strong English; Chinese liaison is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in civil/construction with BIM/CAD exposure.
• Senior executive level experience in Civil/Construction or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and stay meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender projects and ongoing projects.
• Prepare contract documents, take-off measurements, provide cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project budget and costing.
• Submit main contract progress claims and variation orders.
• Coordinate with consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters.
• Procure by preparing tender documents, solicit quotations and evaluate tenders.
• Interview and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers for awards.
• Prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractors' progress payments and VOs.
• Settle final accounts.
