Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cost & Contract Manager based in Singapore to lead cost control, procurement support and financial administration within project teams.

You will prepare estimates, evaluate submissions, monitor budgets, and assist in final accounts while ensuring proper contract documentation and PDPA compliance.

Requirements include a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, SISV membership preferred, at least 3 years of QS experience, and strong Excel and QS software skills.

Qualifications

• SISV membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and variation orders.
• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor submissions and pricing.
• Verify work measurements, progress claims, and payment applications.
• Monitor contract budgets, expenditures, and cost controls.
• Prepare final accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in procurement exercises, tender evaluations, and contract documentation.
• Track work orders, invoices, payment claims, and budget utilization.
