Job summary

TEAM GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a civil/construction professional to manage tender and ongoing projects, prepare contract documents, estimate costs and forecast cash flow. The role involves budget monitoring, progress claims, VO management, and procurement activities.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in 2D/3D drawing, BIM modeling, and AutoCAD. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• English required; Chinese-speaking associates preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in civil/construction field.
• 3 years in 2D/3D drawing, BIM modeling and AutoCAD.
• Senior Executive level preferred; able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender and ongoing projects.
• Prepare contract documents, take-off measurements, cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Prepare project cash flow forecast.
• Monitor project budget and costing.
• Submit main contract progress claims and variation orders.
• Liaise with consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters.
• Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions.
• Interview and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award.
• Prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and certify suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
• Evaluate sub-contractors' variation orders.
• Settlement of final accounts.
