You will prepare BOQs, budgets and tender submissions, and ensure documentation supports claims. • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• 8–10 years of related work experience in quantity surveying or tendering.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Prepare and review cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets and tender submissions
• Responsible for taking off measurement for tender.
• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments
• Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of Project specification
• Monitor contractual obligations, risks and potential cost implications throughout the project lifecycle
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
