Job summary

Heng Sheng Construction & Engineering in Singapore seeks a capable Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, measurements, and progress claims for ongoing projects. You will prepare take-offs, solicit supplier or subcontractor quotations, and assess cost impacts from variations.

Role involves coordinating interim payments, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring accurate documentation. A Diploma or Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying is preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant

• Candidate with Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
