Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage quotations, costing summaries, and tender documentation. The role involves preparing project costings and liaising with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve cost issues.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying with 7–10 years of consultancy experience and be proficient in AUTOCAD and MS Office. A dynamic, fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum7-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
