HENG SHENG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle tender evaluation, take-off measurements, and monthly progress claims for construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordination with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, and the ability to assess cost impacts of changes. Diploma or degree in Building or Quantity Surveying is preferred, with at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Tender evaluation and cost analysis for construction projects.
• Ability to prepare quantity take-offs for tendering.
• Experience in handling progress claims and payments.

Responsabilités

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation.
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Carry our quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Ability to source for supplier or subcontractor for quotation for tendering
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification
• Handle progress interim payments and claims application including liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :
