Job summary

Ms Projects Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender cost submissions, perform quantity take-offs, and evaluate costs for tender projects.

The role involves liaising with subcontractors, obtaining quotations, and ensuring accurate measurements to support progress claims and final accounts. The candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant construction experience, be able to work independently, and stay under tight deadlines while keeping up with market cost trends.

Qualifications

• Perform all other QS-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a construction firm preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
