Job summary
Singapore Pools is seeking a Senior Executive Officer, Quality Engineering to lead end-to-end testing within the domain. You will clarify requirements, design tests, manage defects, and produce reports to improve release confidence while aligning with QA governance.
You will collaborate with delivery, platform and business teams to enable high-quality releases, drive automation, and reduce manual effort through reusable assets and early testing involvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science or IT-related field.
- Minimum 5 years in software testing within customer-centric tech delivery and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the domain test strategy, approach and coverage (manual and automation).
- Drive shift-left testing by participating early in refinement and design discussions.
- Track and report quality status using metrics and escalate risks.
- Define and maintain domain test plans, approach and execution schedules.
- Design and maintain test cases traceable to requirements and risks.
- Coordinate test data and environment readiness with delivery and platform teams.
