Job summary

Upscale Technology Corp. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on QA Engineer to own quality across our multi-environment SaaS platform. You will test new features, validate bug fixes and support regression cycles across web, mobile, APIs and backend services.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to ensure requirements are understood and edge cases are covered. This role emphasizes ownership of QA processes, test coverage and release readiness to reduce risk.

Qualifications

Hands-on QA across SaaS platforms and multi-environment setups.
Ability to design clear test cases and report bugs precisely.
Experience with web, mobile, API testing and analytical features.

Responsibilities

Own QA testing across the product as the primary QA function.
Create, maintain and execute test cases for web, mobile, backend, API and platform features.
Review product requirements and designs to understand expected behavior.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory and integration testing.
Test across development, staging and production release flows.
Validate APIs using Postman or GraphQL Explorer.
Document and track bugs with steps, screenshots and logs.
Work with developers to verify fixes and prevent regressions.
Support release readiness and maintain QA documentation.
