Job summary

Singtel is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering across projects, driving test strategy, automation, and governance. You will embed quality early in the SDLC, design robust test solutions, and oversee automation adoption within CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve observability, report KPIs, and strengthen testing across web, API, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including experience in test management.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in test automation is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation for web, API, and mobile apps.
• Lead test automation adoption and integrate into CI/CD.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and risk mitigation.
• Develop KPIs and reports for testing performance and quality.
