Job summary

SGX Group is hiring Senior Test Engineers to drive quality engineering across multiple product domains. You will translate quality vision into scalable automation, governance, and leadership that strengthens release confidence and resilience.

You will mentor junior engineers, align testing tools and data strategies, and advance AI-enabled practices to boost productivity and risk management across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise test and quality engineering strategy across multiple products and platforms.
• Oversee scalable automation platforms, standards, and engineering practices across functional, API, integration, performance, and resilience testing.
• Govern quality operating frameworks including test data strategy, release quality gates, and execution standards.
• Evaluate testing tools, cloud-based test infra, observability, and AI-enabled practices to improve productivity and defect prevention.
• Provide executive visibility of quality performance, risks, and investment priorities.
