Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to assure software reliability, advance test automation, and drive continuous quality improvement across the software development lifecycle.

You will design risk-based testing strategies, build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to enable fast feedback in an Agile/DevOps environment, with a focus on cross‑browser and API testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing.
• Strong knowledge of risk-based testing and test automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define clear acceptance criteria.
• Improve automated test coverage and prevent defects from reaching production.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Design and execute test suites including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Lead UAT coordination with business stakeholders.
• Manage defects and test artefacts across CI/CD workflows.
