Job summary

ST Engineering Land MRO & Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned QA Manager to lead QA activities from project start to delivery and to interface with customers on quality matters.

You will oversee inspections, supplier quality, CAPA, and QA documentation while driving continuous improvement across functions. The role requires strong leadership, ISO 9001 experience, and the ability to manage non-conformances and audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, MRO, defence, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, audits, inspections, and QA practices.
• Experience in handling non-conformances, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Working knowledge of SAP QA modules and reporting is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for assigned projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the primary QA representative and customer interface for quality matters.
• Independently manage project quality requirements and serve as QA MR for projects.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing QA activities, including inspections.
• Lead incoming quality inspections and verify purchased parts to specs.
• Review and maintain QA documentation such as QP, ACTR, inspection records.
• Drive investigation and closure of non-conformances and CAPA.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA engineers and inspectors.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
