Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Engineer to lead a team of QC inspectors and perform comprehensive quality inspections in a Singapore manufacturing environment. The role requires reading engineering drawings and coordinating quality activities with production, vendors, and customers.

You will drive non-conformance analyses, implement corrective/preventive actions, and maintain QMS documentation, contributing to audits and continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or other regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection activities.
• Coordinate with production for any quality-related issues.
• Liaise with vendor and customer on quality-related complaints and feedback.
• Initiate non-conformance analysis and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
