Job summary

Rotary Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a QA/QC Manager to ensure full implementation of the quality management system across projects, coordinating QA/QC Supervisors and collaborating with engineering, construction, fabrication and procurement teams.

The role oversees conforming materials, processes and finished products to technical specs and regulations, with responsibility for hold-point releases and vendor inspection programs.

Qualifications

• For this role, a strong background in QMS and project quality management is essential.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and construction quality systems is preferred.
• Ability to lead QA/QC teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality to meet codes, standards, and QMS requirements.
• Advance quality achievement and performance improvements organization-wide.
• Develop and implement QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation and operations.
• Plan QA/QC staff duties and work schedules; set service standards.
• Develop vendor assessment/inspection procedures and coordinate activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to all QA/QC personnel; mentor staff.
• Authorize hold-point releases when QMS checks are completed.
• Oversee visual inspections and NDE including 3rd party subcontractors.
• Manage inspection, NDE and testing plans for new construction/repairs.
• Drive non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct quality audits addressing ISO 9001 requirements; ensure HSE integration.
