Job summary

FSK ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC function in a precision engineering/manufacturing setting. The role focuses on strengthening the quality management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continual improvement across operations.

You will oversee QA systems, enforce 5S and quality standards, and coordinate corrective actions with production, suppliers, and subcontractors while guiding a team of QA professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to review data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing QC teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiar with multipoint cutter, miller, grinding wheel and EDM machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Department and maintain a robust quality management system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure product and process quality.
• Oversee and enforce 5S and other workplace quality standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
• Train, supervise, and motivate QA/QC personnel.
• Ensure consistent application of quality standards and effective inspection and packing processes.
