Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to design and implement comprehensive QA plans spanning the product lifecycle, from design through manufacturing to delivery.

The role requires a minimum engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience certifying staff and leading QA activities, including conducting audits and driving corrective actions for continuous improvement. Collaboration with suppliers and training programs will also be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement QA plans across the product lifecycle, from design to delivery.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess QA effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure products and services meet NADCAP and other industry standards.
• Provide training on quality control procedures and best practices to employees.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their products meet required quality standards.
