Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a QA leader to define and maintain enterprise-wide QA policies, standards, and templates. You will establish common testing methodologies across projects, develop QA metrics, and drive a quality-first culture.

You will mentor QA teams, review deliverables, and collaborate with PMO, Development, Business, and Architecture teams to improve delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
• Minimum 3+ years in QA leadership, governance, or quality management roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide QA policies, standards, processes, and templates.
• Establish common testing methodologies and quality gates across all projects.
• Develop QA metrics, KPIs, and report mechanisms to measure quality performance.
