Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd is assisting a manufacturing client in Singapore to find a Purchasing/Procurement Executive for the Kaki Bukit area. The role is permanent with standard Monday-Friday hours and occasional Saturday morning.

You will identify and procure components from international suppliers, compare pricing, review quality, and coordinate with vendors to optimize lead times and shipping schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Minimum Diploma in engineering-related background would be preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers.

• Actively compare vendor pricing, product specifications, and supplier reliability to secure the best possible value and cost savings.
• Review product quality and specifications to ensure all procured items comply with requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, minimize production lead times, and streamline logistics/shipping timelines.
• Monitor market trends, track raw material shifts, and identify alternative component alternatives to support project timelines.

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Purchasing / Procurement Executive to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Purchasing/ Procurement Executive

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8am to 12pm

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
