Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Senior Purchasing Executive to handle sourcing, negotiation, and procurement for multiple projects. You will coordinate international shipments, quotations, and cost calculations, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.

The role requires 5+ years of purchasing experience, strong supplier management, and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese suppliers. ERP systems and MS Office familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience with international procurement and import/export coordination.
• Experience with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure materials, products, and services per project needs.
• Obtain quotations and prepare costing for tendering and pricing calculations.
• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct cost comparisons and analyses for budget control.
