Job summary

GovTech is Singapore's lead agency for Smart Nation and public sector digital transformation, empowering teams to deliver technology that serves the public good. The Senior Product Policy Specialist will guide product teams through policy constraints, align product design with regulatory goals, and engage with public agencies to balance compliance with innovation.

You will work with product managers, engineers, legal and policy teams to translate policy into actionable guidance and help shape

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in public policy, product strategy, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
Experience in cross-functional alignment, policy interpretation, or product delivery.
Background in public sector work, management consulting, policy & strategy, or technology policy is advantageous.
SADs/DDs (MX11, MX11A, MX10-equivalent) from the Singapore Public Service are welcome to apply; remuneration will be commensurate with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Guide product teams through regulatory and policy considerations / constraints.
Support public agencies to understand how technology can improve public service delivery.
Identify blockers and develop pragmatic policy strategies with internal teams and public agencies.
Align digital products with regulatory, operational, and public interest needs.
