Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) invites a seasoned Lead Product Manager to steer high-impact initiatives across Singapore government agencies. You will guide problem definition to solution delivery, embedding with teams, and delivering scalable value for public services.

You will apply systems thinking, product thinking, and government context expertise to drive outcomes, influence methodologies, and build internal capabilities for public good.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management and delivering complex initiatives in public sector or multi-agency environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, discovery, and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product initiatives spanning strategy, discovery, and delivery.
• Embed with agencies to solve government-focused technology challenges.
• Mentor internal product teams and foster permanent capabilities.
