Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Director, Product Strategy to lead the Product Strategy Office within the Engineering Programme Office, shaping product vision, governance and management excellence across multiple digital products. The role aligns with national priorities to deliver measurable public value and enterprise-wide product leadership.

You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Delivery and business stakeholders to establish operating principles, drive capability development

Qualifications

• Degree and above in IT or related areas.
• Minimally 10-15 years of relevant product management or transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology, digital or business transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering programmes with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, high-performing teams.
• Experience driving organisational change and vendor management.
• Experience working within the Singapore Public Service or similarly regulated environments will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product strategy aligned with priorities and outcomes.
• Develop portfolio strategies to maximise citizen value and business impact.
• Translate organisational priorities into clear product roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Oversee health, performance and strategic alignment of the Government Digital Products portfolio.
• Establish portfolio governance, discovery, roadmap planning and outcome measurement.
• Coach senior Product Managers on strategy, discovery, prioritisation and outcomes.
• Foster experimentation and continuous improvement across product teams.
